It’s a new year – okay, so February is nearly over, does it still count? – and here at Holvi we’re rolling out our updated pricing plans. We know this is a topic that concerns all Holvi users, both present and future, so we’re here to walk you through the changes: what’s happening, why, and how your business will be affected.


What’s changing?

We’re updating our pricing to improve the value our users get from Holvi. It’s simple, really. Our new pricing plans are clearer and more customisable – so you can select only the features you really want and need. We’re also offering more for free: our new Starter plan offers 3 free invoices, designed to help you lift your business off the ground. Whatever your business size and ambitions, Holvi is here to help you succeed.


Why are we doing it?

We’re constantly evolving to serve our users in the best possible way. After evaluating the needs of our users, we designed a new pricing scheme that better reflects our users’ needs. Transparency is a core value at Holvi, so we knew this had to be as clear as possible. Nobody wants to get hit with a surprise bill at the end of the month. Our aim is to make our plans and pricing clearer while focusing on the features our users love the most.

And for those who want more, we’ve made it clearer what’s included in our Grower plan. Now, in selecting only the add-ons you want or need, you have the option to pay less up front and the freedom to create a plan that matches your needs. 

To recap, Holvi’s new pricing offers:

  • Clear overview. Now you can easily see all your options and pick the plan that best suits your needs

  • Easy startup. Our new Starter plan offers more for free, including:
    • Business account
    • Holvi Business Mastercard®
    • Unlimited SEPA transfers
    • 3 invoices/month
  • Ability to customise. Do you need to take out lots of cash? Need more cards? Or maybe you’re happy with our basic offer. Now you pay only for the services you need.

How did we come up with the new prices?

Our new pricing plans are based on your feedback. We listened to what Holvi users had to say – via user surveys, testimonials and social media. The verdict was loud and clear: more visibility of costs and more ability to customise plans.

We want to offer you a competitive price, no matter the size, structure and demands of your business. After all, your business is unique – and your plan should reflect that. Holvi’s new pricing plans make it easier to tailor your account to your individual needs while managing costs.


What happens to existing users?

We’ve preselected a new plan for you based on your current pricing and the features you use. But it’s completely up to you which plan you move forward with. You can see a complete breakdown of our new pricing plans here.

If you’re happy with your new preselected plan, there’s no need to do anything. In this case, your pricing plan will automatically be updated on 28 April 2020. To choose a different plan or make the change sooner, log in to your Holvi account and go to Subscription under your profile settings in the top-right corner.
