We rolled out a lot of new features in September, here’s a quick overview.

Holvi Enables Open Budgets

Many of our users are interested in transparent ways to follow group finances, which is one of the central features of Holvi. For someit’s necessary to make their budget completely public and now it is possible!

You can publish your budget by selecting Open Budget in your Account Settings. After this your income and expense categories will be visible to everyone through your online store or the address:  holvi.com/openbudget/(account name).

Improved Invoicing

Now you can send invoices directly to recipients by email. We’ve added a Check & Send button to the invoice preview that allows you to look over your invoice and send it by email.

From now on, you will also see invoicing history in the preview view (this only works for new transactions). From the history you can see when the invoice was created, who has edited it and when, who the invoice was sent to and incoming payments.

We’ve also improved the invoice list. You can see directly from the list which invoices have been only partially paid or overpaid.

In addition you can now add your business ID (Y-tunnus in Finnish) to your invoices from Account Settings.

Online Store Product History

Your online store products now also have a product history, which shows when product information has been edited, new sales and the date the product was published. This feature only works with new account activity from now on.

New Reports

Starting in October, we will be sending you a weekly email report about your account activity. The report shows your budget situation, online store sales, status of invoices and payments made out from the account. If there has not been any activity during a particular week, then you will not receive an email report.

We’ve also added the “traditional” bank account statement that follows the format familiar to you from other online banks to our Reports section. In addition all the reports will now be in xsl-form instead of the previous csv.

New Bank Options Added for Identity Verification

We’re happy to announce that we’ve added Aktia, Säästöpankki, Paikallisosuuspankki and Sampo Pankki as options for verifying your identity by the TUPAS verification method.
